Setting Priorities
Setting priorities in one's life is of monumental value. Going in circles ain't much fun! You will notice when you prioritize - it changes your previous lifestyle for good, and your schedule and your decision become crisp, clear and definite. Remember, time is of essence. For some, this falls into place easier than for others, and you won't perceive its value until you try it. When quality pracitice time is set asside, guilt and uncertainties vanish and you are gaining knowledge and self-confidence, not even mentioning the joy of accomplishment.
Efficiency and resourcefulness appears in all areas of your life. This does not mean that you are now locked into a rigid grip of law and order...rather freedom.
Liberty is an awesome transformation when you prioritize your life. One, two or three items is plenty to start the process of elimination. Organization breathes organization.
I know of seemingly healthy, functioning folks who are totally incoherent of the clock. They wander about in circles, oblivious to circumstances around them, arriving too early or too late for appointments or not showing up at all, forcing others to adjust to their whims. We have all been guilty of this, but let me assure you, this can be repaired. Once repaired, there's less and less procrastination.
Doodling is a good starting point, jotting down priorities as well as reading them out loud like a good editor. Now you can look at it...you can listen to it...and you can do it! Order and discipline is a wonderful thing.
Observing nature's seasonal principles, already intact with such accuracy, systematically flowing freely from one season to the next, is a real wonder.
